The Tanzanian Associate is proud to present Navigating Employment Legal Landmines, a 2-day webinar series that focuses on practical aspects of disciplinary procedures as well as procedures of dealing with special categories of employees as per Employment laws in Tanzania.

The 2-part series will be facilitated by Usekelege Nahshon Mpulla Zonal officer in charge of the Commission for Mediation and Arbitration (“CMA”) Dar Es Salaam Zone. Session 1 will focus on practical aspects of disciplinary procedures in the workplace, session 2 will be on the procedures of dealing with special categories of employees i.e probationary, incapacitated, etc.

The format of the webinar will be by way of training by the facilitator, audience polls, Q&A, and a fun quiz. Participants can submit questions in advance or during the live session
